Project consists of water line reconstruction and the replacement of the concrete pavement panel on Corporate Dr. from Beechnut St. to Bellaire Blvd and includes the installation of a new traffic signal at the Corporate/ Beechnut intersection and the addition of a new street light system on Corporate Drive.

We understand that major infrastructure improvements are causing traffic delays. We appreciate the patience of the public as we continue making improvements to TIRZ 20. We are estimating that construction will end in June 2024.
