The project includes restriping of all traffic lanes from Drew to Fondren, the replacement of select concrete panels, sidewalks and driveways along Harwin Drive, the addition of an exclusive right-turn lane from EB Harwin onto SB Fondren Road. The scope will also include paving improvements at Drew Street and a 17.5-acre feet detention basin and area wide drainage improvements.
