SYNOPSIS

ALIGNMENT

  1. 3/26 – CenterPoint directed us to change the alignment from the center of the easement to 11′-25′ off one side or the other
  2. April – The team met with CenterPoint to review all their comments and talk through the alignment
  3. 4/28 – CenterPoint agreed via email that the updated alignment shown on the next page would be accepted

BUDGET

  1. The team estimates that it will take $33,640 to do the work
  2. The team can find those funds through contingency and reallocations of funds within the existing contract
  3. No additional funds are being requested from TIRZ20 at this time
  4. If for some reason additional funds are needed for design team work in the construction phase we may need to come back to the TIRZ later as our contingency will be gone.

SCHEDULE

  1. The package is estimated to be bid ready in July 2021 (3 months extension) pending permitting
  2. CenterPoint approval should happen quickly, so we will shorten the schedule if possible
